Coffee Shop
For the client, the Prado Café was a franchise of coffee shops downtown, and wanted to add another to an empty commercial space. A key issue was the myriad of strata demands from the building ownership group, and the many guidelines that needed strict adherence.
After having spent much time going over building codes, and strata requirements, we were able to come up with a plan that staying within the franchise needs of Prado Café, the city code ordinance, and the strata bylaws. We then were able to create the ultimate downtown café, replete with rustic, yet comfortable style.
