C-20 Salon

Challenge

Call TOTL Building & DesignIn talking with the clients, we realized this was going to be a challenge, but one that we were excited to take on. We helped them develop and open their dream salon/spa showcase, all in the heart of downtown Vancouver. They wanted a large, open space design/layout for the salon, yet at the same time still have room for their own offices and some storage.

Solution

We went over a number of different looks and designs and finally ended up creating an amazing, ultra- modern salon, the entire space having all the latest in technology and design for this type of hair style/salon business. At the end, the owners extremely proud of the space we helped create, and most of all, they were more than happy with their investment.

Prado Cafe

Challenge

Call TOTL Building & DesignFor the client, the Prado Café was a franchise of coffee shops downtown, and wanted to add another to an empty commercial space. A key issue was the myriad of strata demands from the building ownership group, and the many guidelines that needed strict adherence.

Solution

After having spent much time going over building codes, and strata requirements, we were able to come up with a plan that staying within the franchise needs of Prado Café, the city code ordinance, and the strata bylaws. We then were able to create the ultimate downtown café, replete with rustic, yet comfortable style.

Douglas College Cafe

Challenge

Call TOTL Building & Design
The challenge, as you can imagine, was to perform teh renovations in as short a time as possible at this busy college.

Solution

 

This wonderful and needed project was taken care of during a lot of off hours so as to minimize the distraction for the students and faculty.

BCIT Campus Cafeteria

Challenge

Call TOTL Building & Design
BCIT Campus is a very busy educational institution that needed their cafeteria updated with as little disruption to the staff and students as possible.

Solution

 

Off hours and job site location proved to be helpful in minimizing our impact on campus life. Another thing in our favor was that this is a technical school with lots similar classes in construction going on around us. We blended right in.
